Members Evaluation Policy

MEMBERS EVALUATION POLICY   RATING PERIODS January to March             – 1st Rating April to June                       –  2nd Rating July to September            – 3rd Rating October to December     – 4th Rating CRITERIA FOR RATING 1. Capital Build Up Formation  ( CBU ) 2. Savings Deposit 3. Loan Payment Records * All members are with 100 pts each at the start of the quarter subject to deductions every violations of the evaluation policy. * All members must paid in capital and deposit savings regularly at least once month regardless of the amount. * All members must regularly pay their existing loans as scheduled. * Capital Build Up and Savings Deposit is rated in monthly basis with 5 pts deduction from the initial 100 pts for every month missed.
