HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF LMPC
1. Attend a Pre Membership Educ. Seminar ( PMES )
2. Accomplish Application for Membership Form
3. Pay a membership Fee of P 200.00
4. Invest Share Capital at least 5 shares equivalent to P 250.00 of the minimum paid up capital ( P 1,000.00 )
5. Deposit Regular Saving of P 500.00
6. Accomplish Mortuary Assistance System Form – only for qualified individuals
OBLIGATIONS OF AN LMPC MEMBER
1. Invest Share Capital monthly
2. Deposit Regular Saving monthly
3. Patronize Coops Services
4. Pay Loan amortizations as scheduled
5. Attend meetings
MEETINGS to be attended by the Members:
1. Quarter Ownership Meetings ( by Office )
2. Special General Assembly Meeting (as the need arises)
3. Annual General Assembly Meeting
Part 1 ( by office ) - Election & Distribution of Dividend & Patronage Refund Part II ( general ) - Business Meeting & Social Activities
